The hotel, situated directly on the seaside and surrounded by greenery, is just 20 mt. from the beach and 500 mt. from the city centre. Guest accommodations include air-conditioned common areas, hall, American bar, restaurant, and private parking.

The private beach offers umbrella and 2 lounge chairs per room, snack bar, lockers, volleyball, windsurfing and pedal boats. The Club membership card (obligatory from 06/06 - 05/09: children 4 and up €16 per week, adults €20 per week) includes beach services, daily fun activities for adults and mini-club for children, tennis in the daytime, ping-pong, swimming pool, parking, piano bar, evening shows, games, tournaments and use of bicycles (1 hr per day).
