The hotel was recently built by, and is managed by its current owners (the Muscella family). It is located along the seafront in Giulianova Lido, a residential area immersed in greenery. It is situated directly on the seaside, allowing guests to reach the beach by crossing the park, relaxing and enjoying conversation among the fresh scent of pine trees.

ROOMS: All the rooms have their own bath with shower, large balcony, direct-line phone, satellite TV and safe.

SERVICES: The common areas are spacious and air-conditioned: bar, hall, TV room and dining room. Excellent cuisine offering ala carte menu with meat and seafood choices daily and a vegetable and salad buffet. Breakfast is buffet style, served on the spacious terrace between the pine wood and garden. Private parking and beach area. Prices are per person per day and include: Full-board (breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner with ala carte menu each day, vegetable and salad buffet), reserved beach (1 umbrella with 2 lounge chairs per room), shared use of beach changing cabin, private parking, and free use of bicycles and swimming pool.

■ Autonomous climate control (air conditioning) €6 per day (must be requested upon booking)

REDUCTIONS:
■ 1 child in room with 2 adults: up to 6 yrs 50% discount, up to 12 yrs 30% discount
■ 2 children in room with 2 adults: up to 12 yrs 50% discount each child
■ 3rd and 4th additional guests in room, 12 yrs and over: 20% discount
■ Half-pension: -€2.50 per day per person
■ 4% discount when paying cash
■ Small animals allowed

■ From 01/09 to 20/06 children under 6 stay for FREE (minimum 7 day stay with 2 adults paying full price)
